I have had a long and successful career in the private sector where I have recruited, trained, managed and led teams of up to 150 people across the island of Ireland. I have a masters degree in Strategic Sales Management, and practical business experience in HR matters, project management and change management. I have a very strong track record of turning around and significantly increasing customer and shareholder value in all my business areas and I am passionate about personal development, values led leadership and self-awareness. 

Delivering through people is what excites me most and working with me in a 1-2-1 coaching session will help you to focus on transforming and accelerating your leadership skills while developing both yourself and your people to their fullest potential.
